Navigating Reports

In Showrooms, you can download reports based on your sessions and your products. In this article, we'll show you how to find and download your reports.

What are Reports?

Reports are an aggregation of data across the platform; in your reports, you're able to see information on your audience and their engagement levels across the platform

Reports Tab

In the Reports tab, you can see information on top sessions, top products, total session views, total unique viewers in the session and attendee engagement

Navigating to Reports

  1. When you click into a specific show, you can navigate to the reports section by clicking on Reports on the left hand side of the page.
  2. In Reports, you are able to view certain stats by scrolling through the different reporting tabs under Reports.

  3. You can navigate between “General”, “Attendees”, “Sessions” and “Products”.

  4. Each tab represents different information, varying from top session and top products to more detailed information on session specific views (like unique viewers and total views).

  5. Reminder that the analytics component is only available to admins of a specific show.
