Events Tab

The event is the occurrence itself; the reason for the virtual broadcast and need for a virtual solution. Under the events tab, you'll see many options for managing your event.

  • Create Event: Link to event creation flow.
  • Edit Existing Event: Click on title of event
  • Upcoming: Scheduled events that have not yet taken place.
  • Past: Events that have already occurred.
  • On Demand: Events available for asynchronous viewing.
  • Channel Access: Pop-up window with list of people with access to the channel (channel members). You can search this list by typing in a specific name into the search bar or (if applicable) scrolling through the numbered pages at the bottom. Invite new channel members by clicking the "Invite Admin" button in the top right corner - input the recipient's email and set their desired level of channel access.
  • Search: Search across your channel for events within each tab (Upcoming/Past/On-Demand). You can sort by newest, oldest, A-Z, Z-A, Published, Unpublished, and by Most Registrations.
  • Moderation: To access moderation, find the event you want to moderate and click on the “Details” arrow in the bottom, right corner. Check out our article about moderation to learn more.

Analytics Tab

The analytics dashboard provides three tiers of data: channel level (an aggregate of all analytics across the entire channel), events level data, and session level data.

You can easily search through analytics by events or sessions by using the search field or “sort by” filters. Clicking through to a specific event takes you through to that event's data, and to session-specific data. Check out our guide about platform analytics to learn more.

  • Total Events: Events that have been planned or occurred.
  • Total Views: The total number of page views across all events within your channel.
  • Average Duration, Mins: The average connection time each page was viewed for.

People Tab

The people tab default displays a list of everyone that has registered for your events.

  • Audience List: A way to gate registration and add security to your event.
  • Paid List: These list are for viewer you want to bypass the ticketing transaction, should you have paid ticketing turned on.

Content Tab

The content tab is an aggregate of all of your documents, images, videos, fonts, and color palettes at the channel level. Once an event has occurred, you can have recorded videos here of what has taken place during your event. You can search channel content by Newest, Oldest, A-Z, Z-A, and file size.

Products Tab

The products tab is an aggregate of all of the products that you have uploaded for display during your events.

Add products by clicking "Add Product" button in the top right corner: Add the product name, product category, description, photo, price, sale price (if applicable), purchase URL, customize the CTA button copy, and opt into including product attributes such as color or size.

Settings / Avatar Icon

Integrations: Integrations for all events are available for configuration at the channel level. Integrations are broken up into two tabs by the flow of data: Outbound and Inbound. You can search for integrations using the search bar field.

Inbound Integrations: This is the flow of data from external tools to Brandlive Streams.

Example: You want to invite your top customers to your event and ensure their access to the VIP sessions. Automatically import top customer data from your CRM into an audience list for those sessions.

Outbound Integrations: Coming in 2022
