You can manage all your courses from the Courses page found in the main menu located in the top left of the Admin Console.
The Courses overview page is chock full of valuable information and functions for managing your courses. To start with, at the very top of the screen is a graph showing all the activity of all the courses created within this account.
This graph gives you the ability to see how many users viewed all lessons (Lesson Views), how many users attempted to take the courses (Attempts) & how many users passed the courses (Passes).
The default view is to see course activity for the past 12 months, but you can change that by selecting the drop-down, Past 12 Months, at the top right of All Course Activity. From this drop-down, you can select whether you’d like to view the lifetime of all courses created or view the activity of just the past month.
There are a couple reasons you might reorder your courses in this view. The first is purely for management, so you can arrange the list of courses, however, is best for your management. The second is if you are requiring that particular courses be taken before completing another course (prerequisites). In this case, the order in which these courses are taken is determined by how you order your courses in the card view, from left-to-right, top-to-bottom.
To reorder the list of courses, select the Reorder Courses button located on the top right, just below the course metrics. At this point, you’ll be able to drag and drop each course box to its desired location.
When you are done, click the blue Done Reordering button to lock in your changes.
To access the visual editor of a course, locate the course you’d like to edit and click the menu (three dots) in the top right corner of the box. A drop-down list will appear. Select, Edit.

Duplicating a Course
To duplicate a course, locate the course you’d like to duplicate and click the menu (three dots) in the top right corner of the course box. A drop-down list will appear. Select, Duplicate.
A duplicate course will now appear at the top of the list with the text “_copy” appended to the course title. Be sure to edit this course and change the title to something you’ll recognize.
Incentives give you a way to reward participants who take a particular course or set of courses. This is frequently used to motivate employees and retail partners to complete courses you assign them by giving them a discount code or a certificate for their participation. To learn how to create an Incentive and assign it to a course, please see the Course Incentives article.
