So far we’ve covered the various experiences and content you can interact with in Brandlive: Events, Libraries, Products, and Courses. Use your Brandlive account to access this content as often as you like, both on the web and using your mobile device.
To access the user navigation menu from the web: From any Brandlive event or library page, click your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen. Click “Brandlive Home” to access your Brandlive account. This will take you to the Events section of Brandlive Home.
When you register for an event, view a library, or view a product, we keep a record of it for you in Brandlive. Navigate to this content by going to Brandlive Home, and view the tabs within the blue header along the top. This will look familiar to you if you have been here to view your assigned courses.
The Events tab will show your events you previously registered for, as well as any events you’ve been invited to. Click on an event to open it in a new tab.
The Courses tab will show any courses that have been assigned to you, grouped by brand channel.

The Libraries tab will show all of the libraries you’ve previously viewed, grouped by brand channel. Click on a library to open it in a new tab.
If you browse a product during a live commerce event, Brandlive will keep track and store it under the Products tab. When you open a product, you will be directed to the URL the product is linked to (usually the brand’s retail website, where the product lives).
To manage your account information, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select “My Account”. This will take you to your profile overview.
You can edit your basic profile information from this tab, including your name and location. However, you are not able to edit your email address at this time.
To change your profile picture, simply click on your picture to upload a new one from your computer.
You can change your Brandlive password from this tab. You will need to enter your current password, followed by your new one. The password must be at least 8 characters long and needs to include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
If you cannot remember your current password, sign out of your account and click “Forgot Password?” from the sign in page. This will take you through the process to reset your password.
By default, Brandlive will display the user interface in English. You can change your preferred language under the Language tab in your profile. We currently support 14 languages at this time and we are always working to add more.
If you have registered for an event before, Brandlive will save your information and autofill the registration form the next time you sign up for an event (if the brand administrator has enabled the autofill option). You can edit this information from the Registration Information tab in your profile.
From the drop-down menu, you can make your selection from the various brand channels you have entered registration information for. When you select a brand, the fields will populate below. After you make your edits to the information in the fields, click “Save Information”.
Mobile vs. Web
As of the publish date of this article, the mobile app differs slightly from the web version of Brandlive. We are working hard towards parity between the mobile and web experiences, but here are the current differences between the two:
Brandlive on the Web
When viewing Brandlive on the web you are able to access events, libraries, products, and courses. You can also revisit this content from the Brandlive Home link in your user menu.
Brandlive for iOS and Android
The mobile app offers a more inclusive experience, allowing you to do everything in one place. You are able to access events, libraries, products, and courses, just like Brandlive for the web. You are also able to browse and subscribe to your favorite brand channels, get an events “feed” from the brands you subscribe to and can view all of your upcoming events. Not to mention additional features, such as push notifications and friend connections.
Plus, if you are a Brandlive customer, you can broadcast live right from your mobile device.
