All Admins will be able create Breakout Rooms in the Brandlive Events platform. Breakout rooms allow attendees to congregate in virtual meeting rooms to discuss topics of interest.
Admin will be able to set up Breakout Rooms in the Admin Panel:
- Go to Events
- Create new event or edit existing event
- Click on the 'Content' tab and scroll to the bottom
Admin simply need to input the room topic, description, and image; then the platform will automatically create a breakout room for them. Admins can create as many rooms as they would like for their event.
Attendees will be able to see the Breakout Rooms on the event page. Clicking on the breakout room will take them to a Zoom room, in which they will be able to interact with other attendees similar to any Zoom meeting.
