Greenroom works with a wide variety of media files in the .mp4 & .mov formats. While we expect all files to work, we do have recommended settings to ensure success. In this article, we’ll provide our video upload recommendations plus give example third-party conversion tools.
Video Upload Recommendations
- File size limit: 2GB (Note: this is required.)
- Encoding type: H.264
- File size limit: 2GB max
- Supported resolutions: Up to 1080p
- Frame rate: 30fps
- Data rate: Up to 4,000Kbps. (Note: Any file uploaded above a 4000Kbp/s bitrate (4Mb/s) will run through a compression process, and may take longer to upload. Exporting your file at or below this bitrate will provide a quicker uploaded process.)
