Build an outstanding show with ease with our Show Build Guide.

The Show Build Guide is designed as an additional support and resource as you dive into the Brandlive Platform's Production Tool - Greenroom. It can be used as an aid to have along side you when initially learning how to use the product, or a reference when revisiting this training content later. This guide can even act as an outline when you are tasked to train the rest of your team. The intentional structure follows our internal enablement team's training outline and has all of the information you may need in one place. We've included links to other relevant 'Help Center' articles to dive deeper where you need to.

Drop down arrow navigates between stream, record locally to Greenroom and back to Showbuilder.

Key Differences in Showbuilder:

  • In Showbuilder, edits are immediately applied
  • Showbuilder is collaborative
  • It is not possible to broadcast while in Showbuilder
  • Feeds of anyone invited to a Greenroom appear in Showbuilder, regardless of whether or not they have made an account or are currently logged in (this is to help with building shots).
  • Edits can be initiated by clicking the thumbnail canvas in the Shot Tab (the "Edit" icon is not visible in Showbuilder)

Streaming - will say “Initializing” warms up upon switching to Stream Mode , and then shows green “Stream” button, clicking stream initiates a stream to set RTMP platform, and clicking again stops it from streaming.

A best practice when starting to build a show is Inviting Presenters

    • Invite Users List - Clicking on icon (Person +) brings up invite users list, where Producers can enter email addresses of Presenters to invite them to Greenroom
    • Greenroom Viewers - Drop down arrow next to “Presenter” gives the option to set the invited user as “Viewer”, which is someone that can enter the Greenroom without a video or audio feed. Viewers can use Notes and Chat features like Presenters, and also upload media to Greenroom.
